Medal of Honor Getting a Beta, Plus Trailer Action

In addition to the modern reboot, Medal of Honor will be having a beta.  While not available on the video below, if you check out the games official website the above image appears at the end of the trailer.   

At the moment there are no real details on what the beta will entail, or who will be eligible to participate.  However, the fact that EA cares enough to release a beta is cause to celebrate.  Considering the game launches in just 5 short months, one would expect further word on the beta will be forthcoming very soon.

A trailer accompanied the beta announcement (or was that the other way around?) which really doesn't show too much.  The video features a bunch of Marines bound for mission as an answering machine message from a marine to his wife plays in the background.  Convenient that she was unavailable to take her husbands call.  Surely she is busy banging some Jody while her husband is fighting in Afghanistan as all army wives do.  Apparently this guy didn't get the memo.  10 to 1 odds it's the neighbor "Perry". 

Anyways have a look at the trailer, it's pretty light on the action and only features one explosion.  I guess we'll have to wait a little bit longer before we see some true gameplay action.
