Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 Announced

At their Level Up event in Barcelona today, Namco Bandai announced that Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 is currently in development and scheduled for a Fall 2010 release.  The game will be available on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems.

Japanese developer Spike Co. will be heading up production on the new game, and have promised that the game is being reworked from the bottom up.  From camera to controls, everything is being optimized to make the game accessible while still retaining the tactical depth to satisfy hardcore fans.

The new game will feature (get this) 90 of the most popular characters from the Dragon Ball universe; 20 of which will be making their first appearance to the Raging Blast series. 

Now if only we had some sweet kamehameha screens to show off.  I guess you'll have to be satisfied with a few shots of Goku kicking the shit out of Vegeta.
